Dr. Gregory Vardakis is a seasoned gastroenterologist with more than 30 years of experience. He values gastroenterology for its complexity, the integration of internal medicine, the mind‑gut connection, and the vital procedural work that often saves lives. He performs outpatient procedures only, with office follow‑ups handled by physicians or nurse practitioners in the practice. Dr. Vardakis completed his medical degree at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, his residency at Truman Medical Center and St. Luke’s Hospital, and his fellowship at Truman Medical Center – Hospital Hill. Outside of medicine, he enjoys time with his family and grandchildren, as well as golf, tennis, racquetball, and pickleball.
