Dr. Ryan Utarnachitt is a board‑certified gastroenterologist with an academic background in both science and the arts. He graduated from New York University with a dual major in musicology and biochemistry and later earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University. He completed his medical degree at Wayne State University and his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco – Fresno, where he was also recognized multiple times for teaching excellence. Dr. Utarnachitt is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He enjoys spending time with his wife, a Kansas City native, and their three daughters. His hobbies include traveling, music, sports, camping, and working on cars.
