Dr. Sean Doran is a board‑certified gastroenterologist who enjoys caring for a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Originally from the Midwest, he earned his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, followed by his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where he also served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Doran’s clinical interests include colorectal cancer prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, and upper gastrointestinal disorders. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, golfing, enjoying the outdoors, supporting the Kansas City Chiefs, and exploring Kansas City cuisine.
